As in title, a stone of change ritual that makes an item Bind to Account. This would allow a player to make an item immune to permanent durability damage while allowing them to pass the item to alts via the shared bank. Note that this is all the ritual would do, it would not override BtC nor would it allow you to use the alchemical rituals to add force damage, etc. to the item. This would be a boon to alta-holics and indecisive players who frequently re-roll as they could pass an item with a particular stat / skin combination they like to other characters.
