Help!!!

My game isnt working and i was wandering if anybody could help me and give any hints on what i should do.
ok so here is whats wrong: everytime i open up DDO and try to logg in it comes up with this message:
The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server.

so is there anybody that can help me out or should i just wait untill the next update and see if it gets fixed after the update happens? what it comes up with basically says that they are doing mantenance but it has been doing that fr the past week.

and before anybody asks yes i have made sure my firewall isn't blocking it and i have also made sure my antivirus siftware isn't blocking it. I have tried to delete it and redownload it uninstall and re-install it and niether of them have worked. ok this is what comes up when i try to loggin.
It says:
