The in-game bug reporting can refresh and lose the information submittted, as I found out when zoning to get the /loc for a bug. Not sure if you are aware of this but a warning message should be displayed warning anyone who may be writing a huge description.
Maybe move the location box to the top of the page too?

The in-game bug reporting also did not email me confirmation that I had submitted an issue, after completing and submitting all the required info - yet the forum link for a new bug submission just done today did confirm via email.

Please could you confirm that my bug report submitted for Orien mailbox being invisible on guild airship when placed near the engines on Stormbolt glory has been logged
(character name Amazola) and investigate why a bug report was not acknowledged in-game yet is via the forum submission?

Thanks - my concern is that the in-game bug reporting process was/is broken, but this is only based on the lack of email confirmation.
