    Default Can only VIP test/try out new races?

    I only have a premium account and my turbine points didn't seem to come over with me. Is there a way for premiums to test out the two new races? Or am I missing something simple here?

    Talk to Sir Poincealot in the harbor (under the bridge near the airship entrance).
    He'll give you a free 1000 tp to be used on lama every 24 hours =]
