Thanks, Thoon and 404error. You guys powerlevel like nobody else

There are a whole lot of level 10-11 half-elves running around Stormreach now (and more than one half-orc that slipped in for a few hits from your XP wands). I wish I had grabbed a screenshot of the row of trainers, and the line-up of characters in front of Thoon, getting XP, running to the trainers, and then back to the lineup. The only noise you could hear was the constant swishing sound of level-ups for a while there.

The dragons at the end in Lordsmarch Plaza were a nice touch too. Velah, then Sinvala. I thought I grabbed more screen shots, but I only found two in my screenshot folder, and the other one was even worse.

Just before the dragons arrived, Thoon had a contest based on a search of the AH. Whoever was first to find and purchase specific items was given some XP for their character. I won the second contest, searching for some ML9 wise goggles of disabling.

I wish there was a way to get those goggles copied over to Orien. Talk about amazing twink gear for a cleric - just the blindness ward and wisdom alone should make that more like a ML15 or higher item, and with the (useless) disabling, ML 20 or so. On an unbound ML9 item.

I think I'm going to cry the next time characters on Lamannia get wiped.

I am saddened that I didn't get to make it, but I went squirrel hunting today, and for me that takes priority. Gotta get food for the table.

Anyways, I hope we can get some events like this going live where we have random GM/DEV Sponsered events that bring gear and have them show up at random. It would bring so much more to the game than exists currently and the aspect of Unique gear was always something I like, taken from a real Dungeons and Dragons Approach.

Thumbs up devs for such wonderful events as of late!!

Why does this all have to go on while Ren Fest is going on? Sadly the Rennie I married can't drive so I have to take her. :P

That was a lot of fun, seriously... The bonus cash laying around to help us get some decent enough items was helpful as well!

Thanks Thoon/404error, it was fun... I'll be there today for the beauty pageant too :P

    Thank you all for attending!

404error and I had a great time putting you and your half-elves to the test.
