I'll explain it as it happens.

I go into the True res screen(Creating the toon) finish up to where you input the looks. When I hit create, it says 'this name is not allowed, please re-enter the name.'


I do this, and no matter what I type in(Even if I leave it as it is) and hit 'ok' it says 'no more slots'

At this point the create button greys out and I cannot continue.(I can go back, but when i advance back to the final page, its greyed out)

It has happened each time I have tried, and I don't see how the name can be 'not allowed' since I've been using it for a year or more.
