DDO store won't load

When I try the DDO store, I see a refresh symbol in the center of the browser window but nothing ever gets displayed. Per instructions in a post on fixing the problem, I moved the browser folder to my desktop and let the game download new browser files, but that didn't work. Any other ideas on how to solve this problem?

P.S.

FYI MyDDO works just fine, so I assume it's not a browser problem.

Got same problem and tried almost everything with reinstalling the system/game and installing game on other computer and nothing helped. I send an account ticket 1 week ago and didn't get reply yet, but Will try to send another one but this time tech one. So whatever u want to do, it won't work believe me . We just have to send ticket and be patient for reply.

I just got reply with further instructions. Send a ticket they are really polite and helpfull .
