Is Rage Broken

I've just spent 5 minutes trying to use various Rage potions and clickies...

Rage potions: Drinking animation plays, 1 potion removed from inventory, no effect
Rage clicky (symbiont): Animation plays, 1 charge removed, glowing ring appears, no effect
Madstone Boots: Animation plays, 1 charge removed, no effect

Madstone Boots are still working with the on-hit proc.

I keep trying to bug report this, but every time I bring up the form it is freaking out and going back to the previous page.

lol if ur a paly or fighter in a deffensive stance then that would explain it

Yup, had Combat Expertise on as I was messing around with some AC gear.

I can understand it turning down regular rage, but Madstone actually adds to AC...

no CE wont do it, deffender of syberis and stalwart deffender stances negate rage i think

Any form of a defensive stance should turn off a rage effect accept for the madstone on hit.
