Eberron Fragments

Last night I came across my first medium eberron fragment (sorry if that's not the exact name of it - I can't remember off hand). I checked ddowiki on the various items you can get when you trade in three of them, but I'm wondering, do any of you find these items worthwhile? Some of those items seem to be rather useful, but only the one item i could see has a limited number of charges (the SP recharge item - forget the name sorry). Do the other items have a limited number of charges (like wands) or is it charges/day?

Just trying to find more details on the item to determine if I keep the fragment or sell it on the AH.

For a caster (especially a Healer or solo Arcane), they're extremely valuable. It's basically like getting 20 free Major Mnemonic potions- doesn't matter if they're expendable, go check the price of Majors on your server.

I carry one with me at all times on my Cleric.

On Argo, they usually go between 500,000GP and 800,000GP on the AH.
