grinded all night hoping to unlock my 32 point build so I can get started on new toons. made it to 1751, got my tome and advancement. but for some reason no 32 pt is opening for me. in character creation it still only offers 28 builds.
can you fix this for me please?

Krimsonrayne -Ultimate Lord of Shadows on Orien server.

Well, I was going to suggest that you still need to talk to Nyx, but looks like you did that already.
Have you tried logging out then back in on the character that got the 1750 favor? Logging fixes most problems like this.Mazertron - Polymath - Icastflare - Threeword - Jujan - Zurgur

This could have changed, but are you using pre-determined paths at creation? I believe those are only 28 pt builds. Originally Posted by MaximusParthas

Using the Drow race or choosing a predetermined path won't let you use 32-point build.
Are you choosing a race other than Drow and completely customizing your new character?
