So I just came back from 1.5 years away from game, joined summer 06, stopped playing shortly after reaver refuge came out due to blatant grind bs. i.e. end game was dtouched and shroud, that was it. Havent rejoined my old guild yet, trying to see if I'm re-committed to playing, to not waste their time or mine. The rant I have, which was present before, is that party leaders 'looking for more' not denying your request to join. They leave you hanging in a passive aggressive fashion which is really annoying. Yes, this has always been the case, and if I were a party leader I wouldnt pick me up either. Some random pugger not guild affiliated screwing up my run? No thank you. Even worse if you're moronic enough to use myddo. But at least have the freakin *&%@$ to say NO and stop wasting my time. I realize that if you're not picked up in group within 10 seconds, chances are you wont be at all, but the devs should give us the ability to retract a party join request.

I agree...Its really annoying that they don't do anything at all.
Don't like me? Go ahead and deny my request. Im perfectly fine with that. I'd prolly just set up my own group.

Agreed too... I hate clicking a group, and them not declining. Then they hate me for sending them a tell thanking them for making me wait for them to fill a group to get a denial.

Agreed the third. Really gets on my nerves when that happens. So when I'm the leader I will Decline and then send them a tell politely stating why I declined. 9/10 they're ok with it and once every now and again they have a rant. Politeness is all I ask for.

I applied for an epic von 6 lfm a few months back. No response after 3 or 4 minutes, others had joined but the group wasnt full. I went afk for about 5-8 min, came back and was in a full raid group. The party leader was asking if I was coming or not lmao.

That is overly assumptive. I do what you describe all the time, because I have guildies checking raid timers etc, and I may not be sure what classes I need yet, or if it doesn't matter.
