    Default Expired Point Email

    Decided to give a look at the ftp DDO after playing a few years ago, and am impressed so far. However, I noticed that my in game email system had some mails saying that I had gotten a total of 150 points for the store, but they didn't show up in the store screen. I asked some people in game and they said that it was probably expired. Since these points were for the account wide favor bonus, and not the character favor bonuses I have no way of earning these bonuses now. I was wondering if it was possible to get the points, or at least reset the favor bonuses so that I could re earn them. Thanks for your time.

    If you only logged in once, this could be the issue. If it's not then contact customer support.

    There is a known bug that happens when your adventure compendium does not load. It causes users to not receive store points earned by favor. Whether or not that affects your issue I have no idea. Try logging in again and making sure all 3 pages of your adventure compendium can load and then check to see if you got your points.
