question on the 20 completions.. well 2 questions

does the 20 run completions apply to raid only, or does it apply to quests like offering of blood for the spectral gloves?

does the difficulty of the last run, or for that matter all the runs effect the 20th completion selection?

And just to clear up any other question I'll point out that the list doesn't include every piece of raid loot so you're not 100% likely to get what you want. +3 tomes can appear on the list even if you've only completed the raids on normal and those raids will only drop +3 tomes on hard or elite. The Shroud 20ths are a little different in that you get an option of one tome for each stat which are usually +2 but are often +3. The 20th Shroud will also drop a cleansing essence that allows you to wear 2 green steel accessories at the same time without your face being eaten. Also, epic shards/seals/etc. are not offered on your 20ths. Hope that's any questions you can think of
