Just some thoughts. I feel monks could use a boost in DC's. It is not fun a monk needs to max is wisdom (high starting, all or most stat points), like a caster to get a viable dc and endgame. Thats not saying I think it should be a dump stat either, but some ways to boost a few points would help and let us make more balanced stat builds.
with the change weighted X% (now stunning +X), our stunning fist can now reach viable DC's, while this was good change for monks (not so good for others), it seems poor to make us reliant on this weapon for good dc's, where it should be a decent boost, but not everything we need. 2-10 is a big range for a item. IMO monks should have more built in DC's and items less.
Maybe stunning fist (and QP, not sure about this one) have 11+1/2 monk levels+1 every 5 levels (to 25+wis at 20th), but reduce the stunning ability on hand-wraps to max +5. (might even be better to bring back weighted like it was for all other weapons, and not generate on hand-wraps, and wraps would get the stunning instead). This wont increase the DC we can reach overall, but give us more versatility and not so reliant on them. Adding a new ability to hand-wraps like KI power 1-3 (applies to all monk DC's) would help some, esp with changes to TOD.
Perhaps some enhancements to boost DC's, bought individually for each power. A stunning fist, quivering palm, shinning star line. (1/2/3 ap cost chain?). Also ninja spy's could get +2 to QP at tier 3, and Shinto +2 shinning star at tier 3 (mystic would get bonus to stunning fist maybe).
I have a dex/wis monk now (all stat points into wis), so ready for the change. Just some thoughts.
