Half-orc and Half-elf races are being added as player characters. But they're not being added as non-player characters, except in the brand-new Palace zone. A half-orc NPC there makes the claim that his race has been living in Stormreach in great numbers for countless years... but unfortunately, he's lying, as a run around the city makes clear.
