Half-orcs + Half-elves missing from Stormreach town

If I were a dragon, I would make it a priority to reduce economic demand for my hide.

I would use my political finesse to make the wearers of dragonscale armor die terrible deaths in public.

That is the official result of using such items in the Eberron campaign setting.

In DDO, at least, there's the somewhat excuse that the dragon armors in question were created and used by people in the employ of a dragon at the time. So presumably Cynodie will take the blame.

They were rogue dragons, too, (well, not Velah I guess) being raised for the Stormreaver's and/or Truthful One's nefarious plots.
That probably skews things to our favor.


Anyway, all the Lyrandir NPCs need to be replaced with HE models (once said models get another pass over). I was assuming that was their plan, should they ever get to the point where they'd introduce HEs.

Actually, as far as the timeline goes, I think it's a bit all messed up.

According to the Chronoscope quest, the destruction of the marketplace tent took place years ago. (And supposedly my character can't recognize the old tent, despite being there when it happened...). If you look around in that quest, you can actually see Cydonie and Velah having a chat. And doesn't Velah make an appearance in Party Crashers too?
