Default Is Crippling Strike still useful?

I'm a lvl 20 rogue, and I gotta say, in all my time questing, I have never seen a monster to have his str lowered to the point of helpless/autocrit. So I gotta wonder, with the upcoming Opportunist feat (+3% double strike), is Crippling strike useful at all? Another benefit I suppose is that lower monster str = lower monster to-hit, but I haven't been able to check that.

I think the new spec feats will be:

    Imp. Evasion
    Opportunist
    Crippling Strike
    Slippery Mind

Slippery Mind and Skill Mastery are interchangeable in my opinion. But yes. Those are the feats and that order too.

I prefer Skill Mastery to Slippery Mind.

Skill Mastery gets me to a standing 39 UMD for no-fail heal scrolls without having to swap any gear.

Slippery Mind lets me fail two will saves instead of one.

Skill Mastery over Slippery Mind, and Opportunist first for me.

IMO, if you are already capped, dont bother with it ... at level 20, it isn't going to matter much. At lower levels though, it is nice ...

That is why I am getting rid of the Second Skill Mastery and not Slippery Mind
