I've got Focusing Chant, Featherfall and Expeditious Retreat.

I don't really need Master's Touch because I'm planning on using the Elyd Edge for quite a while.

Everything else seems useless or redundant unless you have Heighten Spell, which I don't.

What should I do, detect secret doors without a wand? Swim really fast?

I'm glad Turbine is looking at a spell balance pass...
