    Default Gamebreaker

My Assassin is very lovely and all. Very well taken care of, but I want my
Greater Invis make it a spell like ability self casting short timer what ever to keep it from being a full gamebreaker, but I would like it so much.

Default my grammer is more gooder than yours

I do want greater invisibility, but I think it would need a change to be able to work in DDO without being overpowered.

    it doesnt break on attack

and if you attack someone while invis, he is looses his dex to ac
no dex to ac means you can sneak attack

I can't agree with this one. Rogues, particularly Assassins, are now one of the most complete DDO classes and don't need any more help.

They are, obviously, the most gear-intense class in the game but that's the price you pay for the combination of damage, skills, and survivability we enjoy.
