Personally i would go for monk imp recovery 3 instead of rise of the phoenix. The special attacks to get to rise of the phoenix isn't worth it and as a light path having the 20% additional healing amp will help as a warforged. You could also probably drop dodge as well for another toughness as this character probably won't have the AC in endgame content to really matter. That would give you 382 hp before items so with minos + GFL + greensteel hp you can get over 500 hp a bit easier.
Here are some comments based on my personal experiences with the monk (your impressions may vary):
1. The KI based "spells" that you can cast (remover curse, lesser restore, etc) are not really worth the points in my opinion and rise of the phoenix is a huge waste of action points. I had this ability and trashed it pretty quickly after using it a bit. If you really want to res people, invest in UMD and drop the spot.
2. Spot in your build is low - pretty much useless would be my guess -> I would take listen or UMD instead or invest less in jump or something else if you really want the spot.
3. If you do drop rise of the phoenix you will need to pick up monk improved recovery III (hum .... this costs more ap then rise of the phoenix ....).
4. Not sure how well unbalancing strike works in epics yet but it is a very interesting and somewhat funny ability that makes a mob show you their butt so you can kick it. It's saves are based on reflex so it gives you an option.
5. If you are wanting to use stunning fists a lot then you may want to take all three wis levels.
