Default Any reason to consider enlarge spell?

Does it have an effect on blade barrier? Right now I have maximize, quicken, emp healing, toughness, power attack, spell pen and greater spell pen. Does it make sense to drop emp healing for emp spell? My play style is mostly solo and do not find healing to be much of issue and I have been running for some time with the feat off so I am not sure I need it anymore.

Currently lvl 12 clr/1 fgt with all level up points into wisdom so I am more or less an offensive caster with just the figher splash.

    Thanks in advance,

Personally, I wouldn't recommend it even IF BB was affected by Enlarge for the sole reason of having to kite monsters through the blades. Having to run FURTHER to kite them back and forth through the blades is just counter productive, let alone have to run further in order to have them run in and out of the blades.

It wouldn't make sense to drop Empowered Healing either, as it is a requirement for Radiant Servant, which is (hands down) one of the biggest boosts to Cleric solo arsenal. You're at the level where you have the healing aura; keep that up as often as possible when you're not at 100% HP, or heading into a fight, and you'll cut the need for self heals for quite a while.

If anything, you might wanna replace greater spell penetration and save it for later in order to get Empower Spells. I'm sure the spell penetration is really important, but it's more important at level 15+ than level 12+.

Enlarge Spell should be renamed Far Spell. The metamagic feat you are perhaps thinking of is Widen Spell, which is not in DDO.

    Truth.

Enlarge allows you to cast from farther away. As BB is centered on Self, it would not apply.

Thirded. It allows you to target cast from further away. It is situationally useful, but more for Wizards who have the feats to burn. Clerics are feat starved and this would probably be a bad choice.

Enlarge can be nice if you need to range kill single mobs (Like Beholders) frequently. Not usually worth it for a Cleric though.
