    Default Update 7 List of Bugs

    Before you post your bug here PLEASE use the in-game bug reporting system. This list is simply for reference AND just in case our bug reports get missed going into the system.

    The Helm of Frost will not show on your character whatsoever. The new Inventory command nor the old command will make it appear on your character. (Needs further testing from another source.)



    (Please feel free to add your own with a small description. Thanks!)

    Warforged Power Attack I is missing from the list of selectable enhancements.

    I took Extra LoH's I and am stuck at 2 with 19 Charisma. (Needs further testing from another source.)
    ....What's the bug here?

    Paladins get 1 Lay On Hands Ability per rest.

    If you never take an enhancement for it, it always stays 1. Regardless of level, and regardless of Charisma score.

    So, with the Enhancement LoH I, you have 2 LoHs. That makes sense. You can only train more of these enhancements at higher character levels/APs spent.

    And that's the last time I stay up for 16 hours testing on Lammania. My bad. :/

    Immobilized monsters still run around if they are Blind. (Bug reported already, and MadFloyd has already responded via forums.)

    New arcane spells are not available for purchase from Portable Hole. (Possible oversight? Intentional?)

    The nerfing will continue until morale improves!

    Spellsinger SP regen song does not work on Warforged.

    The buff doesnt even show up when you sing it on them.

    The level 4 spell Death Aura is currently not affected by Maximize and Empower. It also is not affected by Negative Energy Amplification such as the Pale Master III class ability or Equipment.

    Potency and Nihil are the only things currently affecting it. It also will randomly hit for less then its listed amount then is possible in the spell description: 1d4+20 will occasionally return a 5-10.

    The issue with it attempting to make a fort save has been resolved, however it will still attempt a spell penetration check repeatedly.

    Death Ward cast on you after you enter Lich Form also still makes you immune to ANY kind of healing.

    This should be considered WAI by RAW.
    You have a choice to fail any save that you choose to, so failing a save vs a (usually) harmful spell (or not having to make one at all) makes sense.
    You cannot control the fact that some spells simply don't work on you for racial reasons. Spell Resistance isn't something you have a choice about. You either have it or you don't.

    That's a damaging effect. It shouldn't check SR. Nevermind what I said.

    I would like to add that when you are entering combat mode (attacking with a weapon) the Death aura spell heal you for less than half. Meaning that if you were getting healed for 25-33 per 2 seconds, when attacking with a weapon, the healing go down to 8-15, which is a bug.

    Speaking of Death Aura...I noticed the other night that the tool tip shows:

    ".nnD&D Dice:"

    Think someone missed escaping a few carriage returns.

    This was on the live servers, but did a quick search for Death Aura, and figured this would get viewed anyway.

    Light path Monk's curse of healing is not showing the green numbers when people hit the marked mob. Actually, it sometimes shows the numbers, but is quite.. random. It heals regardless.

    The new raid loot set bonus* does not work when you have three items equipped, or with 4 equipped. Have yet to try with full set.

    When floating above water (not submerged), half-elves still have half their heads underwater, including the nose.

    Note that this doesn't affect the breath meter.

    Another thread has mentioned that when all 5 are equipped, you get the "Lesser" bonus, instead of the Greater Bonus. So not WAI.

    Another bug to add to this list - it seems that damage numbers will randomly stop showing for me. I'll still be taking damage, but have no numerical representation. I have to look at my red bar to realize I've taken 300 HP of damage from all the little ticks here and there - oops?

    Oh yeah, forgot about this one. I just made the assumption it didn't work on ANY caster when I wrote the bug report (but I only tested WF casters).

    The nerfing will continue until morale improves!

    Inventory items in the "details" section have alot of text overlay so you can't read the text.
    Want to remain guildless or solo, but still want to take advantage of the guild renown system?

    Half-Elf Dilettante: Fighter does not count as Weapon Proficiency: Longsword for Whirling Steel Strike, and prevents you from taking Weapon Proficiency: Longsword.

    Shintao Abilities are not triggering off-hand attacks while unarmed.

    Let me just say, thank god for Lammania! Otherwise, if update 7 made its way into the game the way it is now, I think a LOT of people would be upset by the bugs...and sadly, I have a feeling that each and every update is going to bring bigger and bigger bugs, because all the add-ons keep stacking and stacking and eventually something's gonna sway and cause most of, if not the entire game to collapse. I've seen this stuff before during DDO:Stormreach, and let me just say, having warped attack speeds at the cost of no spells isn't always a good trade-off...

    However, I still wouldn't be relieved if the dev's fixed all the bugs, because as with most things, the final product may differ in quality than the beta product.
