Lesser Reincarnation Problem

I bought a lesser reincarnation heart and i use it on my lvl 9 Wizard, problem is that i had the experience of the level 10 and i got stucked.

I cant level up and i cant reincarnate.
Please someone resolve my problem before i press the button " Delete Character "

hopefully you didn't have enough XP to go to level 10 when you reincarnated? Apparently there is an issue if you don't level before reincarnating.

If this happened after reincarnating, I'd suggest that you log a support ticket rather than deleting the character.

Yes, i had the experience for the 10 but i didnt get the level before reincarnate.

This mean that now im stucked, ive already talk with a GM but the ingame people cant nothing for that.. Im hoping for the account support team - like the Gm tolds me -

At least you give us now the info on "what does happen if I don't lvl up before LR"
