I have 2 character slots. One has nothing, the other has a Sorc 20, up to TR. I want to make a TWF DPS Bard Warchanter, splashing 6 levels on Ranger for Tempest and TWF feats on one slot, and a caster Favored Soul in the other. Then, one of the slots will begin from the 0, with 32 stats and no gear, and the other from the 90, with 34 stats and Bard's Cloak, Gloves of Glacier, GS itens, etc. What slot may I put each character? Also, builds welcome.

So you want to TR your Bard and reroll your FvS?
Edit - I see now
TR your Sorc into the FvS and roll the Bard from scratch once Half Orc comes out.

Sadly I only have acess to FvS 'cuz of the 2500 favor, also as I have drow and 32 pt build
