I've seen Half Orcs running around so I know they're available, and there have been lots of threads from people who have obviously been playing them and Half Elves, yet when I try to get them from the Lamannia store they're not even listed.
What's going on? This is very frustrating!

Still unable to get the new races.
Those are not pebbles surrounding the urn filled with Human teeth. They are megaliths!
