Would someone care to enlighten me on what the advantage is on getting bluff, intimidate, and diplomacy on separate cooldowns? I never knew anyone took more than one of these at a time. Also, what happens if I intimidate and then use diplomacy?

Well...a second Intimidate if you roll poorly or miss some targets might have some use.
I guess Rogues could Sneak Attack--Diplo--Sneak Attack--Diplo--Sneak Attack...

Oh! Pardon my ignorance. For some reason I was thinking that those skills originally shared a cooldown with each other and as such were mutually exclusive. I did not realize that this feat actually grants a second use of each skill in case the skill fails or you need to use it again earlier. That actually does seem kinda useful.
I have not seen it myself, but they were supposed to be on different timers. Originally suggested that it would be a double feature. Also, you could really pong a boss around if you intim, bluff, intim, bluff. The boss would never be able to establish aggro to make a swing.
I haven't seen it myself, but early rumors were that you would have the skill and then the extra skill. You would be able to intim every 3 seconds instead of 6 seconds. But, I have not confirmed that this is how it was actually put in game.

Think I read the new "extra" timer is a 8 second cooldown.
15 secs cool down, separate timer.
