So can anyone tell me:

1. If the barb capstone actually works
2. If it's % of weapon damage, or % of base damage. That is, is it ((weapon dmg)+(+dmg))*0,whatever. Or is it just weapon dmg*0,whatever.

If anyone would find out, it'd be great. Wanna get it implemented in my calculator correctly.
