14th 3-Barrel Cove Rare

So I am looking for this new rare.
Has anyone found it?
Or does anyone have any ideas of where i should look?

The "fix" notes I read made me believe it has always been there but just not actually listed as a rare....until now, so go check the ones you know until you get credit for killing one for the first time again.

My first guess would be the named tiefling that likes skulking near the rest shrines on the windy path up to the West Wind's Mistress airship explorable.

I would think the same. Its got a decent hide so some characters might miss it, but if you use the shrine it should attack. I found it way back when 3barrel was updated, posted screenshots, even had a dev comment that it was a sneaky one, but it took this long for it to be made a real rare heh.

I beleive you are correct.
According to the map on ddowiki his name is Ithun Orenah, Tiefling Master Assassin.
He does not show up in the Quesst Journal.

I will be trying to make him appear to verify this.

I think this is one of the most challenging wilderness areas out there and the quest have a great theme. Have not found all the rares yet.

I believe this area is also perfect for a mass in game event and named loot expansion
