Default A list of the new summons

I don't have a ranger, so if someone could check summon nature's ally, it would be much appreciated. The old summons are Bold. Work in progress, since I have to check each summon, due to inconsistencies with the text.

Level 1: Celestial dog, Giant rat, Brown Spider.

Level 2: Fiendish Monstrous Scorpion, Black Widow, Fiendish Bat.

Level 3: Hellhound, Winter wolf(Says fiendish dire bat), Air Mephit. Says fire mephit in the text, Appears to not have the bug that the Ice mephit does.

Level 4: Greater Ice Mephit(Says Greater Air Mephit in the text), Fiendish Monstrous spider, Lantern Archon. The Greater Ice mephit summons extra ice mephits, that happen to be hostile.

Level 5: Medium Earth Elemental, Fiendish Worg, Bearded Devil

Level 6: Fiendish Troll, Large Water Elemental, Eladrin Bralani (Get this one killed, and Eladrin the Dev smites you)

Level 7: Efreeti, Djinni, Greater Earth Elemental.

Level 8: Bezekira, Greater Air Elemental, Orthon

Level 9: Hezrou, Elder Fire Elemental, Eladrin Ghaele (See level 6)

Just a quick correction, the old level 2 was the scorp not the black widow.

Fairly sure the last fire elemental is an elder fire elemental, but I could be wrong.
Working crafted handwraps, that would be nice. Anytime soon.

Please tell me that the Ghaele we get as a summon are as well stocked as the ones in Running with the Devils. If it can cast Heals on me now and then I'll be a very happy caster! If I can go into a solo quest without UMD and pop up a Ghaele summon for a top off of HP on a non-WF caster I'll consider things a resounding success.

(Because according to the books Ghaele can cast spells as a 14th level cleric... along with a few choice extras. So they look to have for 6th level spells Banishment, Blade Barrier, Chain Lightning*, and Heal for example.)

It is, I kept typing greater because I was so used to it. Fixed.

EDIT: Impressions of the Ghaele: It's not that great. It does all the spam casting ghaeles normally do, but is untargetable by you after turning into a globe, and doesn't heal you. Firestorm is awesome, though.

So they buff all the summons that were fine (at least level appropriate) and ignored the absolutely useless ones. Oh well... maybe someday...

Please, at least up the CR rating of the ones we get!

They will *never* be upgraded to what you think they should be for balance reasons. What is an acceptable summon for 16th level content is a far cry from the sort of power they want to put into the hands of a 7th level druid (when they finally implement them.)

It's not so much the power level as much as being able to have options.

It'll come alongside Druids, or perhaps just before them, in preparation.

Roderic's Wand (at least old ones) sadly doesn't go off this list and just uses the old summons list.

I thought I remembered something being said about them being planned be unnerfed to some degree at some point. So that they aren't completely pathetic anymore.

All they needed to do was turn up their cool-down on the knockdown effect instead of increasing the cool-down, decreasing the save, and decreasing the duration. They should be knocking people down and around to some degree.
