Looks a bit crazy to have a Dragontouched Sovereign effect on a level 8 armor! Depending on the proc rate for Earthen Guard it could be superior to Stonemeld Plate from VON6.

Was just thinking the same thing. I am thinking about crafting Earthen Guard on Armor for my Melee Cleric (She is currently in Stonemeld)--- may just grind this out while I'm working on her DT.

Yuck! These new lowbie raid items are bound to account?

So the effective way to obtain these items for lowbies is not to run lowbies in the lowbie raid at all, but instead to overwhelm it with your 20s and pass the loot through the shared bank.

I had already predicted that adding a raid for low-level characters would be fairly ineffective, but this is worse than I'd expected.

Gem of many facets is kinda neat for a few levels (if you're not using an ioun stone)

you could wear 3 sets at once, anger on the feet, pathfinder necklace, and nimble on the hands.
