Looted outta the raid, boss chest in the bank. On Normal.

Really? L4? Why don't you just equip Veteran Paladins with +5 Holy Avengers? Talk about a DM trying to be the "COOL GUY", what is comparable to this? Add some fort, a guard AND SR that alone isn't available till level 7+ on a level 4 item? Even a caveman wins... if this is the kind of item we should start expecting at L4... let us know when to expect something like this for L5 or L6 or L7...etc.. see where your going?

The Epic Gem of Many Facets looks amazing! Among other things, it allows access to the Siren set bonus without locking out all of the ToD sets and access to the Claw bonus without locking out the (Epic) Spectral Gloves.

....that they need to keep introducing items that are more powerful than their counterparts of that ML?

While it is necessary to make new content desirable, the slope of the power creep should probably be less steep than we observe, at least for low levels in this update. Fortunately, the higher-level content appears quite well-designed in this update, both in terms of balance and increasing character options (I refer here to items, of course, not races...).

In order to get a set bonus, you have to be wearing X amount of items with that set bonus. If you wear the anger's wrath necklace and the gem, you'll get the anger set bonus.

Doubtful provided they come from one of the new f2p quests that cannot be played on epic. But who knows, maybe theres some other named wraps hiding in this update still.
