THF feat line nerfed too?

Unless I read this wrong the THF feats no longer add to the to-hit chance anymore.

They were changed to add Glancing blow damage instead of a +to hit

its a nerf, but not one that really matters. On live right now your glancing blows have a higher to hit than your regular attacks.

For most characters, THF got a nice boost in effectiveness.

assuming your glancing blows have the same to hit as your first swing this is in no way a nerf. even epic djinns my barb hits ona 2 with power attack on. how oh how could this possibly be a enrf in any way? my glancing blows went from doing 20 dmg (bab 20) to 60% of base dmg? that seems like such a huge boost in dps that i cant even imagine it being a nerf of any type, not even for pallies!

now i dunno what 60% of base dmg really means, maybe it could be a nerf cause 60% of a small number is still small etc.. but right now they only do 20 dmg total which is close to nothing and useless at this time.

The vicious damage was supposed to proc only at 20% as well which doesn't seem to be the case though.
Didn't notice any change tbh :S

My rogue has Greater THF, and her dps has improved AMAZINGLY. I was watching my weapon procs fly all over the place after I (intentionally) got surrounded in Vale with my greataxe.
