Is there a greater +3 reincarnation cool down?

If I'm a lv 20 wizard and wanna be a lv 8 wizzard and lv 12 bard can I do it the same day via 3 +3greater reincarnations or do I have to wait for some cooldown?

it means a month to turn a 20 lv pure character into a 12/8.....TR is faster it seems.

Actually, more like 3 weeks, two if you can find those hearts +5 I've heard of but cannot find any info on anymore.

They were *very* temporary. Maybe we'll see them again as of the update, maybe not.

Yes, a TR is probably the better way to go. It'll allow you to change classes, yes, but will also enable you to have a higher point-build when doing so. And it costs less, considering TR hearts can be farmed free of charge, assuming you have at least one of the Epic-level content packs.
