Default How much reflex is needed to make evasion viable

in the higher levels? Is a 16/2/2 THF Bard/Fighter/Rogue (with base dex, naturally) going to get decent mileage out of evasion with level-appropriate gear?

28+ reflex is what I'd want to be able to leverage evasion

The real answer needs to be based on how you answer the following question...

What dp you plan on doing once you are capped?

Run Normal Quests and Raids: Then the answers you have seen here are reasonable. 29ish is effective, but not really exciting. On mormal, the stuff that evasion actually helps with can generally be avoided or offset with proper resists, buffing and smart play.

hard Elite, You need to be in the mid 30's/

    Epic's.... forget about it. 40+

For epics, I recommend you find some Resistance equipment, some +6 dexterity items, and a +4 dex tome >> improved evasion and lightning reflexes as well.
