Henshin Mystic

Just a suggestion for the Henshin PrE...

When i think Henshin Mystic, i think of a type of caster. So I think it would be cool if Henshin's were able to use their finishers without useing the pre'req punches, at say maybe 30-40 ki.

i.e. When getting ready to buff for a quest, a Henshin Mystic could throw out Alighning the Heavens for the casters just by useing the finisher intead of waiting for the cool-down time of each punch. Or in Tower of Despair, the Henshin Mystic could pass out Grasp of the Earth Dragon to stop the stunning as soon as he has the Ki availble, instead of running around and taking the time punch the air by the healers to use the finisher.

So in conclusion of my suggestion, it would be - A little extra Ki to use the Finisher right away
