Just running around in Menechtarun and was struck by how odd this statement that pops up is:

(Dungeon Master): The bottom of this immense cavern is home to the deadly Vulkoorim.

It is? Really? Then where are they? I can run from one end to the other of this massive canyon and not encounter a single one of them. A few of them added down there would not go amiss, or maybe some small side lairs to balance things out as there are a LOT more Undead and Gnolls in the desert than there are Scorrow/Drow right now.

Just an observation.
