    Default DDO oringinal preorder gift, ddo free beta gift

    Hi,
    I'm sure in my accounts history the keys and ticket history is there indicating my accounts eligibility.

    I had the pre order key that was supposed to grant a ring of protection +1(id have to dig into storage to get the box with code out, but i think thats what you got) to all characters made on the account. I submitted a ticket probably a year ago on that, but then my friends and I started playing another game and I didn't follow up with getting that fixed.
    Also on that same ticket i had issue with my accounts eligibility for the gifts when DDO went free to play.

    I've come back to play a bit and would like to resolve those two issues to my account.

    wasnt a ring was a amulet of +1 natural armor and yes if you pre-ordered all characters on the account should get it, but its basicly useless as there are better necklaces you get from kothos before you even hit 2nd lvl I dont think I ever equip it anymore.
