Ok lets get the focus back to the two builds I've posted. We will assume from here on that we WILL be using weapons.

Hahaha. Hey, Doom, I'm with you 100%! I play a Les Paul Jr, will always go Pauls over a Strat. I just like their tone. Jr's are good wood. P90 pickups. Basically its like a tree with a microphone! Like guitar legend Leslie West says, "Fenders are for cars."

But, are YOU gonna have the grapefruits to tell the young Ali to drop the Strat!?

Thanks missed the re-work! Looks good at first glance, heading out for now, when I get back I'll read it properly and possibly make some changes, thanks again!

A fews of us were talking about this a few days ago, 12/7/1 looks AWESOME. All these builds look great, the one with handwraps looks like a lot of fun as well.

How'd this work out for you? I'm going with a similar THF build, but not getting a lot of feedback and feel like I'm getting my utility feats a bit late.

Luck of heroes vs iron will?
skill focus: UMD, opinion on when?
Is the Monk lvl a real benefit or is it essentially just for the extra feat? Does it help out much in late game when AC doesn't matter as much (from what I've read).
Not a fan of expertise, but like the idea of improving stunning blow.
Is power attack worth it? Read that on non-high lvl quests it can be 10% dps. How often can you actually trigger it and still hit things vs +5hit - considering normal vs hard at equal level (or elite).

thf with this kind of build is unwise, you loose half the sneak attacks

I would also like to introduce a little variant, unarmed

I have 2 toons, both going that direction ( one needs one more LR and the other just more XP ), one is human khopesh, other human unarmed ( past life monk )

the differences are in the number of feats ( unarmed needs 2 less feats, khopesh and oversized twf ), and can put those feats to use in some other areas like tanking, with lots of gear the unarmed version this build can be an incredible intimitank if you just change your enhacements to stalwart defender you could get around 70 ac and a 33% increased hate generation

the unarmed version also has 2 advantages that make it able to compete with the khopesh version in dps, unarmed has not weak hand, and unarmed has tod rings, adding holyburst and lightning burst to all of you attacks, while you already have a weapon with icy burst and holy ( holy burst weapon doesnt stack with holyburst ring ), and not having to swap weapons to stun your enemies ( use a holy stunning hw ), plus a +2 str ( fire stance ), makes this an interesting option, even more flexible than khopesh one

with my khopesh build I go for full dps and dpsish abilities ( stun etc )

but if you want to go for great twf dps there is another option ( not avail when I started any of both toons ), that is 12/18 ranger half elf with dilettante rogue, 4d6 sneak attack ( as much as you will get with a 12 ftr 7 rogue 1 monk ), but a higher attack speed

    my 2 cents
