rogue splash and epic? (TR question)

As I'm preparing to TR (2 tokens away from crafting the heart), I've been looking into bard builds and have decided that my final TR for this guy (going pally first, then bard) is going to probably be an 18/2 WC. I also know, just from my layout, that I'm going to go THF with this guy (t3 min ii GA, gs Falchion, parts of esos and epic xuum). The thing is, I've come to realize while farming epics that evasion is useful. Yes, the extra HP helps somewhat, but so does saving against things. I realize that THF and rogue don't mesh well, but can someone evasion-based tell me how it fares in epic? I'm tired of taking so much damage >.>.

i believe you can sum it with:
epic von6 fire elly base
bard with no evasion= PWND fast (by DBF) if not really careful or someone gathering mobs into corner to fascinate
bard with evasion from splash = often save and take no dmg, fascinate, win

Evasion + Facinate =WIN!!

Seriously though... if Evasion were a Feat I could choose (Knowing that Bards are Feat Starved) I'd take Evasion first.

I believe I've read you should shoot for a Reflex save of 30+ for Evasion to be useful in epic. So that would be: 3 (rogue 2) + 11 (bard 18) + 6 (Superior Stability) + 4 (Greater Heroism) + 2 (luck) + 1 (ritual) = 27. So if you can boost your DEX to 16+ (e.g., base 8 + 1 rogue enh + 2 tome + 7 item = 18), even as a THF build, you'll be in the 30+ range.
