Bard/Paladin?

I wondered if anyone had worked out if this is possible now that we have the alignment change items available? It probably wouldn't be all that effective, but would almost certainly increase general utility. Similar for Barb/Paladin I suppose.

The aim would be to create a bard with paladin stats, then eat an alignment change token when you've had enough bard levels.

Any idea if it works? Any idea if it's worth trying? Thoughts in general about Bard/Paladin?

if this is possible then its a bug
you cant mix paladin and bard .. paladin -> lawful good and bard -> any non-lawful

There seems to be a bug with alignment change and LR, no idea if the bug is also present in normal leveling.

Changing alignments in PnP suppressed the use of certain class abilities did it not? Not exactly sure how well a Bard/Paladin would work even in PnP.

You can't change to an incompatible alignment. So if you still have bard levels you can never change to Lawful, even with the token.

ahhh, well. Makes sense, didn't expect such foresight!

Was thinking back to the PnP Paladin turned Blackguard.
