What spells work well against these badboys? I'm a level 12 wizard. I was using lighting bolt before level 11, (not all that effective) and I haven't had a chance to try out disintegrate yet. Are there any other spells that are effective? Are there any good AoE spells?

Halt undead and a holy burst greatclub or chain missles.

Acid works great, use acid blast for them;

Acid Blast works well.

Acid spells, force spells, sonic spells, chilling touch, command undead, halt undead, control undead. Haste on melees also works pretty well. Of, and prismatic spray/ray..

But yes disintegrate FTW.

Chilling touch does indeed work on them. It has a fear affect instead of its normal one on undead.

I like ball lightning, as they are usually spawn in tight groups for you already. Otherwise you can one-shot them with disintegrate.
