thanks my only question is can i take monk if im true neutral or do i need to be lawful to take monk as a class
Lawful to be monk. Personally I like tempest II kensai I with 1 or 2 rogue splash for full rogue skills (at least search and disable) and max UMD. It makes for a very versatile survivable self sufficient toon that cranks out solid DPS. The fighter levels give you some extra st, hp, and feats with the option of weapon spec and the passive hit and damage from kensai I as well as some better combat DCs if you do any tripping or stunning. I personally don't find tempest III, 4th level ranger spells (freedom, cure serious), and hide in plain sight worth giving up the benefits of 6 ftr levels and kensai I for. It's all a matter of taste of course, but that's my opinion.

You only need enough dex for dodge since you get the weapon chain for free ... Also too much charisma ...my opinion at least
Since this is an existing char, I don't know if you plan to LR to "fix" it, but: I would dump-stat CHA & WIS for more STR & CON; something like 16 / 14 / 15 / 12 / 8 / 8. Use human enh for +1 CON and racial Toughness III enh. Don't bother w/armor mastery; drop it and ranger DEX III and you ought to be able to get +2 STR from ftr STR III & human STR +1. I prefer to have Toughness sooner; I would take it at lvl 1 or 3 and your first ftr lvl sooner to get that extra feat to make up for it.
The reason i have charisma at 10 is so with a +6 cloak at lvl 14 i have a umd of 20 which lets me bypass most restrictions on equip. wisdom is at twelve because at the time it felt like it would be useful. seeing as i have little money to spend on the game it would be a couple of months before i have the tp to buy a heart to lr but i will keep your suggestions in mind for when i can afford it or get everything set for when i TR this character to make it a 36pt build.
Ok ive looked into some of your suggestions, cant get ftr str 3 as you need have 8 lvls of ftr to get that and ill only have 6 as for dex 3 its important for the high reflex save for evasion which saves my ass when trapmonkeying and the control panal is on the other side of the trap. but the con advice is solid so im working on moving some enhancements around to fit in greater adapt con and racial toughness 3 into there, prolly gonna have to pick up a +1 tome to even it out since i dont like odd number stats. as for redoing my ability scores those will have to wait till i can afford a heart of wood but will look into LRing and changing that up. As for feats ill be making a trip to fred to change that up and move toughness to lvl 1 and shift everything else down a lil bit. If anyone can come up with some more advice it would be greatly appreciated.
