I don't mind at all when people loot their own stuff if they're going to use that loot. I don't even mind someone looting something that they think they'll use and then later change their mind and don't end up using it. Here's what I don't like:

People who roll on loot and then pass the loot to someone else when they win the roll. Don't roll on it if you aren't going to loot it yourself.

People who roll on an item before the item has been offererd for roll. Seriously? You can't wait 30 seconds for the person to read the item description before jumping on them?

People who loot stuff that drops in their name even though they know for sure that they will never use it.

Some other things annoy me too. Warforged looting an Icy would bother me, but I'd just ***** at them and not blacklist them.
Agree pretty much 100% with all of this

Keeping loot visible helps me to determine who's a team player and who only cares about loot.
    Well said.
