Ranger/Monk/Pal?

Hi, could use some help and advice
My current char. is 28 build elf of 12 ranger (great 2 handed) , 6 rogue (great on sneak attack) and 2 monk (great for WIS bonus to AC).
It's a great char.!, liked it very much.

Now I want to make new one based on this one
Its gonna be 32 build now
I thought about 12 ranger, 2 monk and 6 pal maybe so i could get maybe LOH or some....
or maybe 6 ranger, 2 monk and 12 pal?
don't know why I think of mixing it with PAL every time, dont have to be PAL
I liked the Multi of ranger (atleast 6 for TEMP 1) and Monk (atleast 2 for Evasion) and dont know what else could make it cool and fun to play with

12 Ranger - 6 Pally - 2 Monk is a decent split.

12 Ranger gets you 100% off hand proc, +5 barkskin, full 30 resists, +3 shield when TWF

6 Paladin gets you fear immunity, +cha to saves, and KotC or Defender of Siberys

2 Monk gets you a couple of extra feats and +wis to AC.

Here's a good build you could model after.

As an aside, your original 12/6/2 Ranger/Rogue/Monk would have been better served by a 12/7/1 split, I think. You only need one monk level to get the AC bonus, and the extra rogue level nets you more damage.
