Buying DDO points

I was trying to buy some DDO points today, but it wouldn't allow me to add my credit card to the game shop and I can't find where I can purshase points online. I added a credit card Via turbine, but it isn't registering onto the game store or site. Is there any way to fix this or am I just doing something wrong?

There are many verification checks in place for both the My Account website and the DDO Store. If you can post the specific error here, I may be able to give you more information. You can also contact the Account Management department, as they can override some errors and provide more information about the others.

The My account is working fine I believe, I added my credit card already. No error was given, but when attempting to add saved credit card information in the store in game it will not work. Also, I can't access "My DDO" for some reason. No error message has ever came up, there is also something regarding a Product Number on the Turbine Account page, but I never received anything like that. I was hoping to take advantage of a couple of sales that had been going on but with this problem I havent been able to. If an error had come up it would have been easier, but no actual error message did so I don't know if I am simply doing something wrong or not. Sorry about all of the confusion.

i have the same issue. when i enter the CC info, it just stalls out. doesnt close the window, just stops responding. just point us to where we can buy the points via the web please.
