Could we get the flinch mechanic changed or adjusted some? My character flinches and says "ugh" more from 0 and 1 point grazing hits than from hits doing real damage.

Could there be some threshold before a flinch takes place? Say 10% of hp. I thought there was something about npc casters not being interrupted unless we hit them for 25% of their hp. Anyway, the final number could be adjusted, but it seems out of wack at the moment.
