About 8 months ago I posted about training for a half marathon in May unfortunatley I
wasnt able to run that one but ran one today! Still need to check my oficial time online
tomorrow but about 2 hour runs!
So to all of those that gave me tips on running and everything thanks very much! I know those came in handy!
Ill try and post pictures while I get the feeling in my legs back!

Okay first of all I need to know how good you are...Which I don't honestly I don't know if your some extremely athletic serious runner or some one who just wants to get into running for the first time. Once you do that I will be glad to help you!

'gratz on the run. just an fyi... "about 2 hour half" sticks you in the 4:10-4:20 Marathon area.
