The only place in the game to get one of those is to complete an abbot raid and use your silver flame talisman (which has been upgraded 3 times) on the altar.

The only Nightshield clicky I know of is BtC. On the plus side, it last for 14 minutes and offers +3 bonus to saves instead of +1.
