In Game NON Support

Why is it every question i have asked to a in game DM has come back with some canned reply that answers nothing then the ticket is promptly closed without ever getting a chance to talk to one of these "dm's" ?
What exactly do you people do? And even better what exactly is the money I pay every month going to?

Example:

question / ticket : Why can i not talk to Marek to flag for VON?
answer : this is a known issue blah blah blah (translation: i'm busy and can't be bothered to help a paying customer)

Awaiting canned turbine brush off.
