Hell to the NO!

I use charm/dominate a lot on my wizard and most people in the game don't realize the difference between a charmed creature (pink hat) and a dominated creature (blue hat) that follow you and kill stuff for you. Letting everyone dispel my spells would just kill one of the few different ways of playing a wizard closer to end game then just spamming wall of fire.
